The bearing of oil film is used in low paces such as metallurgical machinery, mining machinery, building machinery, etc, which work with great load and shock, with bad working environment and high safe requirements. The monitoring of the bearing running situation of the oil film can be predicted with the security of the device, avoid that the great accident happen. And the operation monitoring data of the oil film bearing can be as the important studying basis that the bearing damages, These data can offer the actual basis for theoretical research of the oil film bearing and technical research.The writer used comprehensively modern control technology, transducer technology and testing technology to build the experimental platform of oil film bearing as a new kind of rolling mills of technological development. The platform can get the measurement data of the oil film bearing operation parameter under different operating modes. This paper is based the test system of developing the oil film bearing operation parameter on the basis of this laboratory bench of control systems. The main research contents of this paper are as follows:First of all, optimize the already existing control procedure according to the experiments. Require to realize lubricating and standing according to the operation of the bearing of oil film, stand and automatically control with the interlocking between the main electrical machineries and hydraulic unit to prevent the operation by mistakes and make the bearing damage or guarantee the workers security. Realize the two main parameters'The rotational speed of the axle'and'load of the bearing'with the PID ring, make control by simulation operating modes actual goods more accurately.Secondly the paper has narrated oil film temperature, the measurement schemes of the pressure and thickness. This system is equipped with 25 electric thermocouples and 12 pressures transducer which can measure distribution situation of oil film temperature and pressure. This system can mearsure the distribution situation of oil film thickness and azimuth of minimum oil film with Equipped 3 displacement transducers. Adjust and fit the direct current realizing machine and adjust the speed in this system electrodelessly rapidly through Siemens' direct current machine. in order to establish different rotational speeds of roll. The system can control through proportion amplifier electromagnetic overflow valve with opening its mouth degree, then control output flow realize control to load pressure. So this laboratory bench can measure the oil film temperature, pressure, thickness under different operating conditions.This system used WINCC as the software platform and to write the controls and gathers software with the data, the working state that can stand to standing, direct current lubricating machine and hydraulic unit is monitored and long-range operated in real time. This system make the files of the ocular and dynamic display about the historical trend and form to experimental data such as the oil film temperature, pressure and thickness, etc., complete the functions such as memory and inquiry of the experimental data, etc..
