Today, without advanced information technology , winning an information-based war will be impossible . But for now , the information technology had obtain the specified application in the fighting department , yet as to the logistics department especially still is the not little disparity as to the fuel service department .In this dissertation , I research the development means of the fuel support information system based on the GIS technique , and mainly discusses how to realize the fuel maneuver & transportation optimization function.First I accurately grasp customer needs . On this basis, I clear the fuel support information system is constituted by the information management systems and decision support system.Information management system is responsible for management of spatial information and attribute data, it has a higher degree of visual operation interface, which can be reflected in the map of the various types of information distribution. Statistical analysis for the user, the work plan for the arrangement to provide visual information services. Decision support system is the core of the system, information management systems is their service. Decision support system to calculate fuel consumption in military operations,and optimize the fuel consumptio within the region according to the oil support capability and traffic conditions, make the results obtained, and generate oil support plan.In the system development , the mainest hardship is how to construct the fuel maneuver & transportation optimization function. By repeatedly considered, I chose the Dijkstra algorithm in graph theory as a basis to achieve optimal algorithm. But in fact , the pertinence of this algorithm is not good , if immediate using this algorithm , it would make the system operation effectiveness is lowly and the resources occupying leading . Therefore, the algorithm must be modified. Eventually, through a combination of algorithms and oil working characteristics, I successfully transformed the algorithm , greatly reduced the computing strength, greatly improved system efficiency.In addition, the oil transport means other than road transport are not only rail, therefore the interchange of road and rail transfer also must be addressed. I skillfully combines the characteristics of oil transportation and Dijkstra algorithm, and finally realized the road and rail transfer interchange.To the practice proof , mixing GIS technique up the development of the fuel support information system is feasible and right . In this way , not only the application system's capacity is powerful , but also its operation and practicability are good . This system development is succeeded , it will offer a completely new information management and decision support measure for the troop fuel support work , it has the great actual sense .
