Yunnan Ethnic Autonomous Areas Natural Disaster Emergency Management Research

Natural calamity in our country is very serious and various so that it causes great loss. The emergency controlling of natural calamity reflects the ability of a country or a district as well as the important measure of protection of a country's stability and to lessen the loss when the disasters happen. The emergency ability and the standard of supervision has been a vital mark to evaluate government job and its progress. The autonomous regions of nationality in Yunnan have very poor natural condition and fragile ecological environment, so natural calamities often happened here and which caused sever social effect for the peoples who are living in such district. That is to say, not only can it lead to enormous loss for people's living and produce, but it also causes instability. Compared with other areas, for example, the district of han nationality, the natural calamities in the autonomous regions of nationality have its unique styles, characteristics and reasons, which decides the speciality of its supervision. In other words the autonomous regions of nationality should have new methods thinkings. The thesis analized the importance and speciality in the emergency supervision of the autonomous regions in Yunnan and summarized the experience and existing questions, finally drew the suggestion and reflection, which is meaningful both in practice and in theory.
