| In recent years, the accidents of oil spills from ships have frequently happened at the ports. Many scholars focus on prediction about the probability and factors of occurrence of oil spill on the ship, as well as marine biological threats. But the lack of early warning and forecasting research about oil platform project on the sea. Specially the lack of distant sea of oil operations on the surrounding marine oil spill behavior of the consequences of the threat of valuable resources. Therefore, this paper will carry out early warning studies of oil drilling platform. This paper briefly describes the status of oil pollution and its hazards at sea, as well as the basic theory and development of offshore oil behavior and fate of the numerical model. Summarized the main methods of three theoretical models:extension mode of oil, Convection-diffusion mode of oil, the improved model of the oil particles, and made a second improvement about an improved model of the oil particles, so this paper makes use of the above combination of the basic principles and methods of a drilling platform in LD as an example, analyzing a drilling platform of LD for a variety of oil spills occurring possibilities and probabilities, using the second improved model of the oil particles and two-dimensional model of approach and VB language preparation of oil spill drift trajectory parameters of numerical simulation computer program, taking into account the oil spill accident locations around the fish farms, shrimp farms and other environmentally sensitive areas, therefore, according to different wind direction and wind speed have calculated oil spill situation, in order to gain different results, touching shore time, coastal the largest area of pollution, the length of the coastline and when it arrived in the region of fish, shrimp and salt to the location of sensitive areas and so on. Based on the results reflect a drilling platform to the threat as a warning and early warning, as well as notify the coastal area management it do a good job of prevention and preparedness of disaster. |
