As a necessary place for offshore oil transportation,port terminal is a place where human activities are directly related to the marine ecology.Once the oil spill accident occurs,it will bring the influence of the society and the environment.Port for fixed position,we can achieve all-weather real-time monitoring,and the surrounding geographical survey,in the emergency response after the oil spill can be predicted,do prevention first,emergency quick response,the greatest impact to reduce the degree of oil spill in port area environment.Based on the summary and analysis of a large number of literatures,this paper expounds the advantages and disadvantages of the detector.With the development and maturity of the near infrared spectroscopy technology,it is more and more simple,flexible,sensitive,environmental friendly and easy to use in the middle of the reality.In this paper,the application of near infrared spectroscopy and oil spill monitoring.This paper presents a design method of oil spill monitoring system.First this paper expounds the harm of oil spill and on the environment and society,in the literature based on a lot of preparatory work and refer to the domestic and foreign experts and scholars on the other,in combination with near infrared spectroscopy technology development based on the current domestic oil spill monitoring system technology maturity,based on physical properties also,based on the chemical properties of oil,but when the subject began to have a lot of choices,but because the requirements of the project monitoring can achieve on-line monitoring,and the accuracy of the higher requirements,so this paper has analyzed the application and now has with the actual technology,and learn from the advantages and disadvantages of existing technology chose near infrared photoelectric optical technology based on Bill Lambert theorem.Combined with the actual situation of oil wharf,put forward the application of near infrared technology in oil terminal oil spill monitoring system idea,mechanism analysis,near infrared spectra of the character design was selected from IR monitoring marine oil spill specific bands of oil spill monitoring system [1].In this paper,the design of hardware and software is given,in which the core of oil spill monitoring system is to realize the whole operation by using AT89C52 microcontroller.Through the single chip system,the signal obtained by the infrared photoelectric sensor,amplified by the system simulation,analog-to-digital conversion,calculation,display and print through the oil spill information,and data storage for monitoring information storage.And in order to be more practical information.The system also designs a clock circuit and watchdog circuit.For the stability of the system,accurate early warning provides protection...
