The Measurement Results-based Management Information System, Component Gis-based Urban Control

The urban control-surveying product is the basis of city space facilities'location, the necessary foundation for establishing an urban spacial information system, the location datum of basic space data frame of digital city ". It plays an important, foundmental, and controlling role in the city planning and city construction. Whereas, at present, there are very few special products of urban control-surveying product management information system, and this, to some extent, has affected and restricted our country's city development.The traditional GIS has many defects in interface design, system integration, cross-platform application and so on. But with the development of the technology of ComGIS, a new thought has come into being for solving the problems mentioned above and ComGIS has also provided a good opportunity to develop the management information system of urban control-surveying product.The paper, specially, makes a study of the technique backqround, system structure, and empoldering approach of MapObjects 2.2 and makes its foundation on the finishing the analysis of the application and current condition of management system of urban control-surveying product.putting forward a model for managing the urban control-surveying product, which based on the technique of GIS and data base, besides, according to the rule of software engineering, author tried to design the model, including the analysis of the system, the whole design and special model design, and the implementation of the system etc. Finally,recurring to the visual language (VB)and the component tool (MO), the author empoldered a management system of urban control-surveying product.
