Towns Change The Cadastral Survey And Data Processing Technology

Urban Cadastral update is one of the important functions of UCIS (Urban Cadastral Information System) and one of the important steps of urban cadastral management. With the rapid development of city modernization and the fine development of land market, cadastral update becomes more and more frequent. So it is necessary to investigate the change cadastral and process the update cadastral data to get the up-to-date cadastral data that has force affected.First, the paper analyses the urban cadastral characters, function, management methods, and the update cadastral investigation & survey. Then, it has a rudimentary research on the update and processing of the cadastral data caused by the changed land-parcel, including the store of changed data and the query of land-parcel history . On the basis of the relational databases adopted in the common cadastral systems, the birth-date and the end-date are added to the records to meet the command for date by cadastral data. By adding a father-ID item to the data structure and giving the value, it can query the history of the current land-parcel. At last, this paper specifically tells about the update and processing progress of the changed cadastral data.The experimental program for update cadastral data processing in the paper adopts visual Basic 6.0 development tool and MapObjects control. Except achieving the basic function such as map display, zooming in, zooming out, panning, it can achieve the function of map data conversion, the editor and query of map attribution & spatial information, the query of map historical attribution, the historical retrospect of map and so on.
