The aim of this paper is to invesgate how to change the teaching model of advanced mathematics in our university, and how to use the contemporary technology to teach advanced mathematics. One of the content is using efficiently multimedia computer and maths software in teaching process,and potentiating the geometrical teaching by all appearances, translating the difficulty of knowledge, strengthening the understanding of concepts. Another content is how to carry out the maths experiments, how to set up the problem for student. It can develop their habits or ability of studying work. Our goal is to advance the teaching quality and efficience of advanced mathematics. On the other time , we studied how to choose the theaching content, translate the difficulty of knowledge , decrease the formal things. So it can release the understanding burden of students. At last, we study the evaluation system .We put up a system to evaluate the students. It eludes examination, reading reports and experiment reports. We canceled makeup, adopted restudying system.We study the available books to choose idiographic content. We do our best to keep the essential of classical books, but we especially increased some new knowledge and matter according the development of science. So, the student can not only learn the needed knowledge of advanced mathematics, but also learn the development of science and the application of knowledge.The maths experiment is our emphases in our study. Its basis idea and method are that you should think the maths not a preexistance logic system , but think it is a experiment science.The student should begin with problem,use the computer.He should set up a solution project and do it himself to explore the law of maths.That is,the students must learn in experiment ,learn with problem to explore and find the law of maths.There,we put the emperiment as a part of the whole advanced mathematics.During the experiment ,we acquired that the student must use one maths software at least.We introduced the Maple sofeware.In practice our reformed project are receiced by the teachers and students. It changed the attitude of the teaching and learning. Now, it promoted the students' learning appetite, affected the students' learning habits. Importantly, it improved the students' acheievement obviously.So we think it is succeeded.
