A water soluble crude polysaccharide in the cells has been isolated from the zymogen thread of Hericium erinaceus Pers. After the crudepolysaccharide has been deamylumized by the combined methods of enzyme and Sevage, the four graded component - HPA, HPB, HPC, HPD -would be abstracted by the method of ethanol grading. By gel filtration on Sepharose CL-6B and cellulose acetate pellicle electrophoresis test, HPA and HPB were respectively a single strait symmetry apex and the result of electrophoresis assume a single spectrum strip. The identification of purify implies that HPA and HPB were respectively uniform on molecular weight and polarity.G.C. analysis indicated that component of HPA or HPB were bothGlc-Partial hydrolysis with acid, hydrolysis with amylase and hydrolysis with fibrin enzyme were used on the structure-analyse of HPA and HPB, also Smith degradation, IR analysis, 1C analysis, G.C. analysis, methylated analysis etc. were used. Methylated producetions were hydrolyzed, deoxidize, then analyzed by G.C.-M.S.The result of analysis indicated that HPA was few divarication structure, and the (1-4) Glc were the corn structure of the main chain, and (1-4) Glc had a divarication at the point of 0-3, there was a divarication in every eight unit, the divarication was made of single deoxidized Glc, and its repeat units were possiblely:HPB was also few divarication structure ,and the a-(l-4) Glc were the com structure of the main chain, (1-4) Glc had a divarication at the point of 0-3, there was a divarication in every seven unit, the divarication wasmade of non-single deoxidized Glc, and its repeat units were possiblely:G represents deformity of glucoseValueofnl:317Value of n2: 251...
