With the rapid development of mobile communication technology and mobile terminals intelligentize, people pay more attention to value-added services which are based on mobile networks and terminals. particularly with the development of mobile communications, location-based service, another value-added operation which following the call service, SMS, turns up to people and greatly changes people's way of life. It has a very large market and business prospects and must become the focus of the development of telecom operators, Location-based services'core are navigation and mapping services. In recent years, China's mobile phone users have been higher than fixed telephone subscribers, this trend grows at a brisk pace. Due to the high degree of mobility, mobile phone has inherent advantages in navigation and positioning fields. So mobile phone users has naturally become the main location-based services clients, mobile phones have become the main carrier of the service, and the cell phone mapping navigation service has become an indispensable component.Currently on the market a more mature map navigation system used by phone users is the local navigation map system. Map data provider preprocessed the spatial map data to the user's own storage space in mobile phones, which have the advantages of fast response. However, as the phone's storage space and processing power is very limited, making a general analysis of functions and services should not be too complex, map data, the amount of information can not be too large, leading to a very limited application.All needs are spawned an online map services, navigation system, mobile phone research and development. Over the past two years, electronic technology, network technology, communication technology, computer technology, space information technology, there has been rapid development, especially the application of 3G and 4G networks proposal of the concept. Rapid popularity of smart phones, making the network transmission and terminal handling capacity have a substantial increase, the previous bottleneck was gradually diluted, real-time navigation mobile phone mapping service has also been a preliminary application. There are already people in advanced countries through mobile devices to access certain online geo-spatial data server, but these servers can only provide a narrower range of map services, such as travel services, transportation management, emergency services applications. These services are relatively easy to use, but its functionality and performance, both could be improved, especially in the map information of the personalization need to be greatly improved.Based on this, in order to make real-time navigation services on mobile map service systems from a variety of purposes, the user using the system to make them more subject to user information needs, user preferences and device characteristics of mobile handsets, this article made the following part of the work: (1) First through the analysis of adaptive real-time navigation mobile phone map elements to study their related issues and technology, adaptive model and then build the whole system architecture, thus enabling the system to efficiently handle the various parts of adaptive function to improve system performance, but also help to generate real-time personalized maps. (2) In the second study of real-time cell phone map personalized treatment options proposed personalization based on user operation on the map processing and user-based content retrieval, personalized approach so that it can be applied to real-time generation of personalized maps. (3)Using the multiple representations of the spatial object and the suitable method of cutting and layers of the map to implement the real-time generates, transfers, and displays of map. (4) Finally,our systems based on multiagent, real-time mobile map generation method, combined with an improved user interested in map layer generation technology to enhance real-time mobile map generation and transmission...
