Analysis And Evaluation On Vegetation And Species Diversity Of The Proposed Taining-jianning Highway In Fujian

On the basis of the investigation on the vegetation, species diversity and sensitive regions of ecology in the assessment range within the 300m on both sides of the proposed Taining-Jianning Highway of Fujian, this paper analized the plant community, species diversity, floristic elements and sensitive regions of ecology. The results were as follows:(1) The investigation on the vegetation:The representative plant communites in the assessment range were the formations of Cunninghamia lanceolata, Pinus massoniana, Alniphyllum fortunei, Phyllostachys heterocycla, Castanopsis eyrei and Pyrus pyrifolia. According to the distribution area, the main vegetation types are coniferous forest, vegetable fields, orchards and broad-leaf forest in decreasing order.(2) Species diversity:The zonal original vegetation no longer existed, most of the plant were wide spread and common species, due to the obvious human disturbance in the assessment range. In accordance with field investigation and the related datas, there were 828 vascular plants affiliated with 150 families and 509 genuses in the assessment range, including seed plants 127 families,480 genuses,790 speacis. the representative plant communites types were Alniphyllum fortunei formation, Castanopsis eyrei formation, Pinus massoniana, Cunninghamia lanceolata and Phyllostachys heterocycla in decreasing order of the community species diversity. However, the community species diversity was not high as a whole.(3) The floristic elements:The proportion of widespread type is considerable.It showed obvious tropical property add in abundant temperate zone property and expressed tropical- temperate transitional characteristics.The maxium proportion of the tropical property types was pantropic type, and the maxium proportion of the temperate zone property types was north temperate type, both in the family and genus level.(4) Special protected wild plants or ancient and well-known trees:There were 8 special protected wild plants affiliated with 3 species, including 5 of 1 species under the first-grade State protection,2 of 1 species under the second-grade State protection,1 under provincial protection. There were well-known trees 89 special protected wild plants affiliated with 8 species.(5) Sensitive regions of ecology:The sensitive regions of ecology surrounding the proposed Taining-Jianning Highway in Fujian consisted of Fujian Taining UNESCO-Geopark, Fujian Taining National Scenic Resort, Fujian Taining E Mei Peak Provincial Nature Reserve and Historic Site and Fujian Min River Source National Forest Park.The construction of the proposed Taining-Jianning Highway of Fujian could have an certain influence on the vegetation and species diversity in the assessment range. The influences on the special protected wild plants ancient and well-known trees were in different degree, as well as the influences on the ecological and landscape integrity of the sensitive regions of ecology. Furthermore, concrete measures of ecological conservation and revegetation in construction projects were advanced, in order to minimize the adverse effects on vegetation, species diversity and sensitive regions of ecology.
