Regional Competitiveness Research Based On Industrial Cluster

A region or a country's competitive advantage was derived from a specific industry's competitive advantage, which was derivesd from the process of industry cluster in their specific regions, that's aggregate economic benefits.This agglomeration economy divides into three levels: the first level is the aggregation of economic inside enterprises; the second level is outside the enterprise, cluster economy inside the industry; the third level is cluster economy of a number of industries which are aggregate to urban geography.Corresponding to the three levels of agglomeration economy, industry clusters on the role of regional competitiveness will be in turn reflected on the competitiveness of enterprises (micro), industrial competitiveness (Intermediate), regional or national (macro) level of competitiveness; Gathering advantage inside the cluster enterprises of the industry, such as external effects, synergy and innovation effects etc., the cluster of enterprises will get lower cost and product differentiation advantages and higher productivity advantages of individual enterprise, so as to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises; Based on industry clusters, external and internal industry gathering advantages such as economies of scale and scope of economic, competitive collaboration and innovation effect, cluster industries will obtain the benefits of industry' upgrading and optimising and higher productivity,so as to enhance industrial competitiveness; based on cluster advantage of multi-industries aggregation, such as employment effects, competition effects and effectiveness factor aggregation, cluster area will get output growth, accelerated process of urbanization and the benefits gained from competitive advantage, thereby enhancing regional competitiveness.This article contains three parts:introduction, body and conclusions. The first chapter is an introduction, which describes the background and meaning about the topic, thinking way and reserch methods,innovation and shortcomings. The main body contains five sections,from the second chapter, to the end of ChapterⅥ. ChapterⅡmainly introduces the theory and relevant theory mechanism of industy's clusters and regional competitiveness,the third chapter discusses the role industry agglomeration plays in enhancing the regional competitiveness, and how to enhance it, The fourth chapter to the ChapterⅥ,the focus of this article chapters,probe into the mechanism that industry's cluster enhances the enterprise, industry and regional competitiveness separately. ChapterⅦwhich is the conclusions and thinking, on the basis of summarizing, puts forword to some questions needing to further think.
