Guangyang logistics center always take the customer demand as their responsibility to provide high-quality logistics service to satisfy customer's needs as the core, to help customers improve product's competitiveness and have more focus on their core conducts. in order to meet the customer's systematic, timely and equalization requirements on parts supply, we continuously improve our service system, and will be zero defect tolerate principles defined as the highest standards. enterprise.After nearly four years development, guangyang logistics center has developed from a management foundation weak production logistics center to a small logistics center with complex management system, relatively perfect operating processes and relatively reasonable organization structures. this has been formed in constant summarized, analyzed, and gradually improvements. although we have meet some achievements, but we still have much insufficient, we still have a huge growth space, especially in the third party logistics vigorous development today, guangyang logistics center need to continue to expand logistics market share, further improve operational level, better serve our customers challenges and arduous task, to some operation management problems worth our more in-depth research and summarized. in this paper, i will combine relevant logistics theory and according to the actual working experience of guangyang logistics center operation quality improvement design. this paper introduced the related logistics theory and practice on the reviewed stage, and introduces the basic pattern of the third party logistics, jit management mode and automobile logistics management practices. jit is a kind of ideal production mode: set a highest standard and a limit, "zero inventory". provides a continuous improvement approach, namely: reduce inventory to exposure problem to problem-solving to lower inventory, this is an infinite loop process.As a third-party logistics enterprises fks set the service requirements, just-in-time assignments, equalization homework for us. guangyang logistics center improved the operation quality management system on how to adapt to the above requirements realize just-in-time and equalization. According to the actual operation situation of our improvement, we focused on five modules: (1) the jit management requirements of organizations modification design and implementation.
