Research On Enterprise Environment, Environmental Factors Interaction And Enterprise Evolution

In today′s world, with the economic globalization and the pervasive significance of information technology, enterprise environment of a growing complexity has played an increasingly important role in the subsistence and development of an enterprise. However, by now a complete system of enterprise environment theories has not taken shape, many inadequacies existing in current enterprise environmental theories. In light of this background, this dissertation chooses the enterprise environmental theories as the subject to be focused on.Chapter 1 makes an analysis of the achievements and deficiencies existing in the research on enterprise environment from the perspectives of enterprise strategy and ecology theories. In Chapter 2, the author first not only summarizes and analyzes the viewpoints of the nature of an enterprise, but also presents a theoretical model of enterprise operation focusing on enterprise environment and a model of enterprise competence composition, which are used as the starting point of the research on enterprise environment. Moreover, an overall theoretical framework of enterprise external and internal environments is put forward on the basis of system theory, ecology theory and interest correlate theory. In addition, a tentative analysis is made to the complexity of enterprise environment.In Chapter 3, the author makes a close analysis of the interactive mechanism of enterprise environment factors, probing into the internal influence of factor interactions on the development of enterprise adaptability and sustained competitiveness. An interaction model of those factors in enterprise internal and external environments is presented. Meanwhile, based on the theory of mutation, the author puts forward a mutation model of enterprise environment factors and thereby makes a theoretical evaluation and a positive analysis of enterprise niche.Chapter 4 is partially devoted to a completeness analysis of enterprise evolution, beginning with an analysis of the external pressure and internal driving force of enterprise evolution. Based on this, the author presents a process model of enterprise evolution. Furthermore, with the analysis of the internal mechanism of enterprise evolution in view of environment factors interaction, a strategy of enterprise environment improvement is presented. The author lists out the favorable environmental conditions for enterprise evolution. Besides, a description is given of the overall and local synchrony of enterprise internal and external environments. Finally, a tentative analysis is made to the complexity of enterprise evolution.
