Study, Based On The Perspective Of Enterprise Evolution Of Corporate Genetic Mechanism

The study on survival, development, and evolvement of corporate is always the key task of corporate theory since a corporate was established. For the reason a corporate developed in the similar way as an organism did, which both have a process from birth, growth, maturity, decline to death, we uses the concept of gene on corporate to explore how corporate evolved, and put forward the conclusion that corporate evolvement was determined by corporate gene. Here, the concept of gene was came from the study of biology. Based on analysis of the basic existent mechanism of corporate, which we called the basic corporate evolutiving mechanism, we studied the four processing mechanisms of a corporate's evolvement and tried to discuss a corporate birth, growth, innovation and risk covering mechanism so as to find the way for a corporate to get longevity. The four processing mechanisms are corporate gene replicating, variation, recombining, and diagnosis mechanism.In the first chapter, by discussing the biological theory of gene, we introduced the concept of corporate gene and the key problems the paper tried to answer, which are what is corporate gene indeed? How can the corporate gene affect the corporate evolvement? What are the corporate basic and processing evolutiving mechanisms in the view of corporate gene? And how can corporate get longevity?In the second chapter, we summarized the theory bases of this paper systemically. And then we presented the insufficiency of current researches, including the vague concept of corporate gene, the absence of systemic research on the action mechanism of genes, the simplify analysis to corporate evolvement factors as well as lacking of "sensing factor", and the paper tried to make up these defects.In the third chapter, we constructed an integrated model for corporate evolvement. By general analysis to assumptions and basic factors of the model, the difference between corporate and organism evolvement, the construction level of corporate evolvement, and corporate evolvement mechanism, we built an analysis framework for this paper. More important, we put forward the concept system of corporate gene, including four levels of corporate action, corporateDNA, corporate gene and corporate environment. And in the view of corporate gene, we link the corporate gene action mechanism and corporate gene evolving mechanism, and presented the basic mechanism and four processing mechanisms for corporate evolvement.In the fourth chapter, we discussed the basic mechanism for corporate evolvement, which is the corporate survival mechanism. Similar to an organism, a corporate has the ability to survival, which is the self-organization ability (including self-outgrow, self-grow, self-replicate and self-adapt), since it was established. A corporate can survive from the hard market competition only it has got these basic abilities. And these four abilities' proper function depends on the self-organization mechanism of corporate gene.In the fifth chapter, we analyzed corporate growing mechanism, corporate gene replicate mechanism. Replicating can ensure an organism to survive and grow. Corporate gene replicate mechanism is realized through the function of corporate gene, especially through the dominant factor, corporate DNA. Corporate gene replicating is the process to copy corporate DNA (including profit earning and decision making pattern, organization configuration and information passing) to new department, sub branch or chain store of the corporate and make it grows. Chain store operation provides us a fine example for corporate gene replicating.In the sixth chapter, started from corporate gene variation mechanism, we studied the innovation problem occurred in the process of corporate evolving. Facing the changing internal and external environment, corporate must actively or passively improve its inherited information, which is comprehensive-based corporate value. To get gene variation, corporate should first understand the characteristic of its environment changing, and use responding mechanism to adapt to the environment. Second, corporate should use organization study and persona] study to drive the gene variation happened. Third, this paper us game theory to analyse the dynamic process of corporate innovation derived by corporate gene variation, and found that all corporates in a corporate group making gene variation will achieve an Evolutionarily Stable Equilibrium(ESE), and which will bring corporate innovation and evolvement.At last, corporate need to set a strict procedure to ensue gene variation to be successfully made.In the seventh chapter, we discussed the second innovation mechanism,corporate gene recombine mechanism. Different from corporate gene variation mechanism, corporate gene recombine mechanism is the change of corporate DNA in arrangement order and combination pattern. Thus, any one or more mutation in four DNA will cause the change of corporate character. These changes include profit-earning mode reconstruction, decision system changing from individual manager to directorate, organization structure flattenlization and information passing mechanism modernization and etc. During this stage, corporate can use both indirect and direct strategy.In the eighth chapter, we studied corporate gene diagnosis mechanism, which will be used by corporate when facing survival crisis. Corporate crisis is similar to organism disease. They both have foundation in genes level. We can found the source of corporate disease by view into corporate gene, which will help us solve the corporate crisis ultimately. Corporate crisis may exist in both genes level and DNA level. Both manager and professional consultation agency need to be involved while processing gene diagnosis. This diagnosis use information as a tool through four courses, which are physical examination, consultation, action and monitor.In the ninth chapter, based on above study and use corporate life cycle theory for reference, we put forward the corporate longevity problem. If corporate can satisfy the survival condition, can grow successfully, and can realize genes variation and recombining with the changing environment, and can do genes diagnosis when facing crisis, then we can say the corporate has longevity genes. But if the longevity can be achieved depends on if corporate has agglomerating power and can be well accepted, and if corporate has a harmony circumstance, be good at study and has a conservative financial policy. At last, we use the operation of Beijing "Tong Ren Tang" company as an example to make a demonstration analysis to corporate longevity.
