Based On T-C-D Mode Preliminary Planning Research Of Tourism Real Estate Project

Many real estate development projects, tourism real estate is one of the many popular investment projects. Tourism real estate is a new real estate development projects, it makes use of leisure resort and a series of natural landscape of the superior geographical conditions and natural conditions, can realize the tourism and leisure tourism, vacation and investment mode of combination, not only to meet the tourists’ demand for owner-occupied, but also has the function of investment. Tourism real estate projects will not only have a good market prospect in our country, also has the huge development space.The thesis is mainly divided into the following parts:one is the content of the planning theory of tourism real estate and early. This part mainly explores the theoretical basis of the concept and research of the tourism real estate, discusses the life cycle of destination theory, ecological tourism theory, marketing theory, organization and management theory, project management theory and strategic management theory. The main contents of preliminary planning are:the orientation of the development of project, investigation and analysis and prediction of market, the market orientation of projects and project orientation planning. Two is the method of preliminary planning research. This part discusses the SWOT questionnaire method, analysis method, cost-benefit analysis method. Three is the case study of the tourism real estate development project.
