The Research On The Architecture Of A New Generation Of Information Technology Platform In Agricultural Bank

The evaluation and control of the financial risk are the important research topic in finance. In the past 40 years, the financial risk influences the operation of the enterprise, the stability of the financial market, even the economic safety of the whole nation seriously. The paper is divided into four major sections. The first part first describes the background of financial risk management, then presents the importance of financial risk management. After that, this paper studies the research at home and abroad and these researches are compared and reviewed. In the second part of the paper, the authors carried out the theoretical groundwork of the text. The paper analyses the causes of the financial risk business, introduces the basic theories, explains how the financial risk to identify and measure, and further discusses how to guard against financial risks and control. In the third part of the article, basing on the analytic hierarchy process, the Group's financial risk early warning system is build by using the financial indicators of solvency, profitability, and liquidity and growth capacity. Then the financial data of Aerospace Science and Technology Group from 2006 to 2008 are extracted to calculate its financial health indicators for three consecutive years, and portrays the financial health index curve, committing the viable analysis of this financial risk early warning system. After comparing with the true financial situation of the Aerospace Technology Group, most experts believe that the financial risk early warning system coincides with the actual situation very well, which may accurately reflect the financial risk of the Aerospace Science and Technology Group. The last part of the paper puts forward several suggestions for Aerospace Science and Technology Group from several aspects.
