Study On The Financial Risk Warning Management At HE Electrical Machinery Factory

Our country is energy superpower,with the rapid development of economy,the green energy industry has developed rapidly,especially the wind power industry,as an energy system reform in our country enterprise and the focus has been the social focus,however,in recent years,a large number of enterprises to enter,makes the wind power industry competition intensifies,the market gradually saturated,related products demand.At present,many wind power enterprises in China pay little attention to the early warning of financial risks,resulting in the decline of income,difficulties in fund recovery and other problems,and increasing financial risks.Therefore,how to give early warning of financial risks and take measures to prevent financial risks in advance have become the focus of future work of relevant enterprisesAs a subsidiary of CRRC,HE electrical machinery factory is an important supplier of wind turbine and railway motor products in China,and also faces problems in financial risk early warning management.This paper combined with the related theories and research results,for HE motor factory,analyzing the present situation and problems of financial risk early warning management found on financial risk early warning management,the imperfect early warning organization exists incomplete,early warning index system,early warning model is not reasonable,imperfect warning results disposal process,put forward the necessity of financial risk early warning management optimization.Secondly,according to the above problems,the optimization scheme of financial risk early warning management was proposed and the effectiveness of the optimization scheme was tested from the aspects of establishing early warning posts,clarifying early warning responsibilities,increasing early warning indicators,building early warning model based on the efficiency coefficient method and improving early warning disposal measures.The optimization scheme was used again to analyze the financial risk situation of HE electromechanical plant in 2017,and the result showed that it was China national police.Based on the early warning result,the financial risk prevention measures were proposed.Finally,from the information management,internal control and other aspects of the development of the corresponding financial risk early warning management measures.
