With the open of China, after 30 years china has changed a lot in every field. The quality of people's life has achieved a higher level. Nowadays cars are not far away from Chinese people's life. More and more cars were sold to average Chinese people. The car market is glorious during the decade, while the competitions are becoming more and more fiercely.In the face of quick car development, all bands of car makers magnified their mount of productions one after another, including management and sales, etc. Audi, as the most successful luxury car band in china, because of high quantity, quality and excellent service, during the 20 years it made more and more customers choose Audi to be their own car.In order to upgrade the whole ability of dealer, Audi Sales Division makes the new strategy for the dealer network development concluding the plan of diversity network. Service Stand Alone is one part of the new strategy.The article firstly analyses the methods of sales with 4p theory and introduces the history of both world car and Audi brand.By researching the network of both Audi and major competitive partners, the disadvantage was found. Also the high points of Audi's network have been sought. The diversity of network and future models are the emphasis.Through the construction model of the new service stand alone, and project management, the project proved to be carried out. Audi quests for New network terminal model and management.The article sums up the experience of construction schedule, cost and quality control. All make the following project management more stable.
