Service marketing of shipping logistics enterprises is the important subject in logistics studies. With the quickening of economic globalization and the merger of global logistics giants, Qingdao companies will face more severe market competition. Nowadays, Qingdao new logistics enterprises have to compete with global known logistics providers who are aiming to the local big market. Therefore, to analyze the current local logistics service and its future trend is much meaningful to enhance the service level of the companies.The thesis puts forward the related theories of service marketing that enlighten companies to improve the daily work. Then, the writer analyzes the strategic factors including company culture. In addition, in the view of HR, marketing & operation management in practice the writer stresses the core factors of HR, leads the marketing theories to the practical tactics and discusses the frequently-talked topics of the operation management to point out the key factors promoting service marketing level. Last, the shortcomings and suggestions of the relative logistics are from the analysisof one linking circle in the logistics chain——multi-modalrail transportation.The thesis quotes rich theories of several studies to make cross-subject studies, combines experience, ideas & true data of industry research, probes some logistics actualities with factor analysis measurement and brings many usefully practical suggestions.
