New Rural Construction Of Rural Public Service Supply Model Of Social Construction

To coordinate integrating economic and social development in urban and rural areas, first of all is to build a new socialist countryside. The level of the rural public service supply is an important measure of the appearance of a national or a regional rural economic and social development and coordinated development in urban and rural areas. It is also a significant action in advancing the new countryside construction. Since the 30-year reform and opening up of construction and development process, China has adopted a series of policies and measures in the construction of new countryside, rural public service system construction has made some achievements. But, due to various reasons, rural public service system still exists many problems and defects, which seriously hinder the rural social economic development and improve the quality of farmers' life. Under the age requirement of the construction of new socialist countryside, the supply system of rural public service reform and innovation mode is imminent.This research mainly examines the historical evolution of the supply of public service in rural areas and the basic situation of supply of rural public service supply,to analyze. the current problems existing in the mode and the main influence factors. On this basis, this paper explores how to realize the effective supply of rural public service under the background of the new rural construction, and tries to establish some reference supply mode, in order to realize the rural public service equal. In other words, exploring and referring to the relevant ideas and research,taking RuZhouShi in henan as an example, the paper studies the rural public service mode from the basic facilities, public education, information service, social security and public security. Thus it finds common problems in the supply of rural public service and digs deeper levels of rural public service supply and its influencing factors,then the supply mode of the sustainable development of rural public service. After that,combined with the construction of new countryside, basing on the specific requirements of rural reality, the paper explores the realizing ways of the rural public service socialization supply mode under the background of new rural construction.
