The Public Service Supply By Rural Voluntary Cooperation Organization Study In Rural Areas Of Gansu Province

This paper is based on existing literature and field survey, taking the two cases of county J as the breakthrough point, combined with social capital theory, has explored the conditions, characteristics, challenge and improve mechanism of the rural public service supplied by peasant voluntary cooperation. Hoping that it may provides some basis for the Chinese new rural construction.
