Now, however, SMEs in the recruitment of many problems still exist, leading to recruitment are not ideal. In the current economic situation, can foresee the future for a long period of time, businesses will face significant human resource management challenges. "Labor Contract Law" and the implementation rules, failed to improve the company laid off staff costs, a large number of human resources into the market, makes the screening of a real business need for employees will be more difficult, staff recruitment management will be the work of Human Resources focus.
