Study On The Cultivation Of New Female Farmers In New Countryside Construction

New countryside construction comply with requirements of the times, which is the strategic plan for rural economic, political, cultural and social developments in China. The aim is to further promote the rapid development of various undertakings in rural areas, effectively narrow the gap between urban and rural areas and lay a solid foundation for the all-round development of society. As the subject of new countryside countryside, farmers play a decisive role in the success or failure. Accordingly, the central authorities come up with "cultivating cultured, skilled and working new type farmers "and emphasis that it is urgent need for new countryside countryside. In rural areas, female farmers are becoming a new force in rural development, as well as main target of new farmers cultivation. The status of the cultivation is different from male because of gender differences. Female farmers has its own characteristics and advantages, so what requirements do they have? Facing up to all kinds of requirements of female farmers, how should we respond their requirement?In view of this, data is collected by means of investigation and by using the combination of questionnaire and individual interview. Through the investigation of cultivation status of new type of female farmers in Henan Province and qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, the main requirements and problems are clarified. On the basis of this, according to preliminary investigation of the actual situation, we should put forward constructive thinking.It is meaningful for female farmers to promote the overall quality of them. Finally, a multitude of female farmers could meet the standards of the new female farmers. What really matters is that the development of female farmers and the construction of new countryside could come into a harmonious interaction, then further promoting the rural economy and overall social progress.
