Research On The Development Of The Female Human Capital In Countryside

The human resources development and the human capital accumulated already become uppermost power fountainhead in social and economic development of each country. Facing the huge challenge which brings by Knowledge-based Economy, the quality of female in countryside who accounts for very great proportion of the population in our country is not to be sneezed at. Although great importance has been attached to the investment of female human capital in countryside by laws and policies in China, the result is not so good.Based on the human capital theory and the social gender theory, and starting with the present situation of female human capital development in countryside, this article reveals questions in health, education,labor force shift and labor movement among females in countryside. And has carried on the related theory discussion from investment repayment rate, the investment critical point, family technical progress factor and factors which can influence anticipated income to female human capital in countryside.This article discusses the critical point of human capital investment preliminarily, merely providing an idea theoretically. The reasons are as follows: (1)Female in countryside was employed multiplicity. Part of them work at farming, the others work outside, which have no comparability. Therefore, we cannot weigh their human capital investment by the same standard and the similar computation means of the repayment rate and the critical point. (2) As non-reward work nowadays, their contribution to the family, i.e.the house work, still has no access to be evaluated. It is really difficult to estimate farming income of the female. With the two reasons above, this article's discussion only offers research methods.Based on many domestic and foreign scholars' research, as well as my viewpoints, this article further shows the superiority of female human capital development in countryside. First, for the gender superiority, female has higher increment income rate and investment repayment rate compared to male;Second, the female human capital has the endurance in time. On one hand, the feminine life is generally longer than the male, on the other hand, the female take less time into rest and the leisure compared to male, So they lengthened the market working time (working time)and the family production and the expense time (housework time ). The female's time is fragmentary. Therefore, this article is idea of centralizing female's scattered time may enable their human capital superiority; Third, the enhancement of family productivity can reduce the female time which is used in the non-reward housework, so they can use more time in work with higher reward rate, which promotes female in countryside has higher labor force participation rate, also may enhance the rate proportion of human capital obvious reward. According to these, I bring forward a series of countermeasures with a line of "cognition - labor market -macroscopic management".This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly points out the topic background, the significance and the goal, domestic and foreign research results, as well as research method and so on. The second chapter is an analysis of present situation and causes, which is the foundation of this paper. The third chapter is an academic discussion of the investment income. It expounds the necessity and the prospect of investment to female human capital in countryside. The fourth chapter is a relative superiority analysis of investing in female human capital in countryside. The fifth chapter is about the countermeasure and suggestion.
