| With the economic and social development,agricultural modernization,industrialization process continues to advance,the agricultural sector needs more high-quality talent.However,compared with the secondary and tertiary industries,the income of agricultural practitioners is relatively low,resulting in a lot of young and middle-aged farmers to give up agriculture,transferred to other industries,agricultural successors,agricultural labor quality worrying,demand and supply contradictions.2012 Central Document No.1 for the first time to "vigorously cultivate a new type of professional farmers",hoping to solve this problem.Cultivate a new type of professional farmers this work is to solve the traditional agricultural transformation and development of a breakthrough,but also to promote the construction of modern agriculture,a basic project.In view of the current situation of rural and agricultural development,this paper uses the theory of human capital,class theory and regional theory to define the related concepts of the cultivation of new type of farmer,and takes S County as the research object to carry on the investigation and study on the implementation of new type of farmer cultivation The existing problems,combined with the experience of cultivating domestic and foreign professional farmers,the government level,the cultivation process,cultivate the object three aspects of the relevant countermeasures and suggestions.S county new professional farmer cultivation work has achieved some effective,farmers have increased the level of income,professional skills have been improved,and enhance the farmers market awareness,to a certain extent,to promote the optimization of agricultural industry structure.However,there are obvious deficiencies in the organization and management of training,training content and object.It is mainly manifested in the lack of awareness of the relevant departments of the government,the single source of training funds,the training content and the form of training,the weak teachers,the age and education of the training subjects Unreasonable structure,low learning efficiency.According to the survey and interview results,combined with my long-term understanding of the formation of farmers training,learn from domestic and foreign farmers training experience,that the new vocational farmer training should be improved from the following aspects.First of all,the need to further clarify the government responsibilities,make overall planning,increase the training of new professional farmers to promote and support efforts to establish integration mechanisms to strengthen cooperation in various departments to further improve the work of new professional farmer certification,broaden the training of new professional farmers Financing channels.Second,pay attention to cultivate the improvement of teaching work,according to the agricultural development situation and the needs of farmers to cultivate the content and form,strengthen the teachers,strengthen the supervision of the work.Third,pay attention to the training of the main-the idea of farmers to change,expand the scope of training farmers.The cultivation of new-type professional farmers is a long-term and systematic process.At present,China has not established a perfect breeding system,and the related research is mostly macroscopic and empirical research is relatively lacking.This study may be made up for this. |
