China's Public Management Research Under The Leadership Crisis

Leadership studies and crisis management research have achieved fruitful results. However, the frequent occurrence of crisis in the new century wake up the public once again. People is calling the leader who can make them overcome the crisis and extricate them from dificults positions. Public crisis caused disorder and unrest in the public domain, but created a crisis linked with the crisis situation. Leadership in crisis is leadership activities in a crisis situation. Leadership in crisis is the distillation of leadership theories and crisis management theory. It also reflects the crisis management activities in the high-level leadership, which is also a useful complement to the leadership theory.This paper, based on the analysisi of leadership theories and crisis management theory, aims to find out and analysize the crisis situation in the public management perspective, and make people aware of the current leadership crisis dilemma. Through the analysis of the plight, this study aims to uncover the role of the leadership crisis and improve the ability of leadership in crisis to deal with public crisis situations effectively.
