With the continuous development of Internet technology,creating a new media andtraditional media coexist new media environment. This article specifically select " farmer springstandard " incident occurred in2013for the study,in-depth analysis of the relationship between themedia and the audience in the new media environment background, summary enterprise crisisdemonstrated new features and rely on the system from the media theoretical perspective, explorenew ideas corporate public relations crisis.Through the analysis of the discovery of the new media environment, the new mediaenvironment, corporate crisis showed characteristics different from traditional media age is: theurgency of upgrading public participation is high and significant positive and negative effects,Review case studies ranging from case to case triggered public opinion trend analysis, and thenimplement the corporate crisis public relations strategy commentary. After the type of analysis toanalyze the case under the new media environment more clearly corporate crisis public relationsrequires not only attention to the role of new media, but the role of the authority of traditionalmedia still can not be ignored.In addition, the article also from the media system dependency theory perspective, explorethe changes in the new media environment media and audience occurs because the media and theaudience are the two target companies facing a crisis public relations, and therefore verynecessary to clarify the thinking of new ideas before changes in the media and the audience.Specifically, the new ideas, including preventive measures, emphasis crisis infancy; traditionalmedia and new media with both hands, underestimated the strength of any party; adhere to themass line, it is to insist on the interests of consumers first. Results of this study can be forenterprises to better understand the current new media environment, thus capturing new ideas todefuse the crisis, for enterprises to provide effective recommendations to resolve the crisis.
