Research On Industrial Enterprises Self-innovation Capability In Shanxi Province

With the development of world economy globalization, international competition becomes more fierce and independent innovation capability and activities have become the impetus and source of survival and growth of enterprises. In this situation, how to evaluate the current situation of independent innovation capability of enterprises, how to establish an evaluation system of independent innovation capability index of enterprises and workout countermeasures of promoting independent innovation capability of enterprises, have become the important matter.First of all, this paper defines the subject of independent innovation capability, and elaborates the connotation,intension and components. Secondly, this paper analyses the current situation of industrial enterprises in Shanxi Province in recent years. The first Part is the summary of overall circumstances of industrial enterprises in Shanxi Province, including economic feature, industrial feature and regional feature. The second part is the current situation of the independent innovation capability of industrial enterprises in Shanxi Province, which is carried out mainly in five fields:the basic condition of independent innovation,the input of independent innovation,the implementation of the independent innovation,the output of independent innovation and the external environment of independent innovation, and on the basis of these, it offers corresponding appraisal, pointing out the strengths,weaknesses and faced with the opportunities and threats. Form the analytical thought, on the one hand, this part is in lateral comparison with other five provinces in midland, on the other hand, it vertical analyses indicators of industrial enterprises in Shanxi province in recent five years. Thirdly, the paper makes use of the existing evaluation index system of the independent innovation capability, adopting fuzzy evaluation, analyses the data of the industrial enterprises in Shanxi province in recent five years and finds that the main factors of influencing the independent innovation capability in Shanxi province are:the input of innovation funds and the output level of innovation. Finally, in order to enhance the independent innovation capability in Shanxi province, according to the analytical results of the former two chapters, this paper puts forwards the basic measures to improve independent innovation capability of industrial enterprises in Shanxi, thus provides references for Shanxi province to develop independent innovation capability of its enterprises.
