MG (Management Game), the United States set up at Carnegie Mellon University senior business management courses, it has the form of an interactive management game simulation World watch industry business. Northeastern University's curriculum MG, Is built on the Carnegie Mellon University founded by the management of enterprises on the basis of the project.In 2007,MG projects a total of 80 teams took part in the games, participants of the games Each team will simulate the operation of a multinational company, Each has two production plants, production of high-end watches two products sold to the United Kingdom, Germany, China, Japan, the United States and Mexico six markets, Participate in the international competition. This 80 teams composed of three Universe, each Universe in the world, including a 5-6, each world, there are five companies to participate in the competition. Northeastern University School of Management sent three groups involved in MG,WELLHOPE is sent Northeastern University in 2007, the first group set up by the team of virtual enterprise, Sixth in the Third World companies.We compete with the four teams are:From the Companyl in Santiago, Chile, from the United States of Delaware, Middletown Company2, from the United States Pennsylvania Pittsburgh Company4 and Company5.In this paper a five international companies in the MG environment 2007-2009 after three years of virtual operations, the company's strategic planning and implementation of research, the main contents of papers include:Chapter 1:MG environment for the research background, research ideas and content, research methods brief introduction and description.Chapter 2:Of this paper, the application of management theory expounded, including strategic content and characteristics of strategic management level, the role of strategic management, strategic management to follow the principles of the strategic management of the process.Chapter 3:On the WELLHOPE company's corporate mission and the main objectives discussed for the development of enterprises based positioning strategy.
