Management Game is one of the management courses which is run by Carnegie Mellon University, and it is a comprehensive course that stressing on business operation training, it is based on PC interact simulation system and constructs a multinational, dynamic and competitive environment.there is division and cooperation inside the firm and at the same time competition and uncertainty outside the firm.How to formulate a rational atrategy and tactics in such competition and pressure and ensure the realization of a company’s target is the core purpose of the course.The students of MBA play the roles as the senior management to run a suppositional manufacturing-. markeing. The course covers various subjects including enterprise strategy, marketing, manufacturing organization, financial management of the knowledge what they have I earned and apply them comprehensively, at last aim to enhance the students’ability as top-management.V&G-Watch Manufacturing Inc. is a multinational incorporation which takes producing and selling wrist watch for main business. The staple market of the company relates to US, Mexico, Germany, UK, Japan and China, and it has two big brand products which called VENUS and MERCURY.In the wrist watch industry, this company is confronted with four competitors in the whole world, the competition is severity. V&G-Watch Manufacturing Inc. is a simulated company designed by the MBA students of Northeastern University of year2007. Six students, all the members of the management team of V&G-Watch Manufacturing Inc, are in charge of the comprehensive development, marketing, production, and finance individually. I am as the CFO of V&G company, whose duty is to make the finance strategy decision and carry out etc.
