Research On The Project Management Maturity Evaluation Model Using In The Nuclear Power Project

The capability of an enterprise project management has become an important factor for the enterprise to adapt market demand quickly,against the threat of competition and maintain enterprise's sustainable competitive advantage。While Project Management Maturity Evaluation Moodel is an important tool to assess enterprise's current project management capacity,and it has become an important subject in project management research. How to establish an appropriate Nuclear Power Project Management Maturity Evaluation Model which is fit for national circumstances,and applied it to nuclear power project management,from which understand the shortcomings and inadequacies of current nuclear project management,then draw up an improvement programs,with an aim at improving nuclear project management level, all of which have become urgent problems to solve for nuclear power engineering enterprise of china。This paper made a study on Nuclear Power Project Management Maturity Evaluation Model. At the basis of the comparison of research findings about project management maturity model between home and abroad,adopting theoretical research,quantitative research,qualitative research and empirical research to build a Nuclear Power Project Management Maturity Evaluation Model。Then the assessment method of nuclear power plant project management maturity was posed based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation。The paper firstly made an analysis on the feature of nuclear power project management with a comparative analysis on the project management at home and abroad,revealing that the present Project Management Maturity Model is not fit for the evaluation of our country's nuclear power project management maturity。Secondly,through standard research and empirical research,the paper analyzed the influential factors of nuclear power project management maturity according to the feature of our country's nuclear power project management。It put the complex influential factors of nuclear power project management maturity into a category and decomposition, and then made a quantitative description of them,followed which the evaluation element and index of nuclear power project management maturity were founded。At last, in the light of the complexity and fuzziness of nuclear power project management maturity evaluation,a nuclear power project management maturity model was founded on account of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation。The model provided a set of scientific evaluation methods and tools for nuclear power project management maturity evaluation。Proving the feasibility of the model through the application of the nuclear power project management maturity evaluation model。...
