Study On The Learning Culture Based On Independent Innovation

In the context of economy becomes increasingly globalized and competition becomes increasingly dramatic,not only the world's political, economic, cultural and other fields have undergone tremendous changes,but also the core competitiveness which concerns about the survival and development of enterprises have undergone fundamental changes.Looking at the world top 500 companies, none of them doesn't build its core competitiveness on the basis of strong cultural and innovative ability. Nowadays, Learning culture and independent innovation, which not only become the focus of research to scholars, but also has been deeply rooted in the strategic planning of enterprise survival and development. However, there are few studies to explore the link between independent innovation and learning culture. Therefore, this research, which is on the basis of independent innovation to research learning culture, has some kind of both theoretical and practical significance.Based on the research literature review domestic and international about corporate culture, learning culture, independent innovation theory, this paper explores the interaction mechanism and relationship between learning culture and innovation from perspective of cultural power, learning ability, innovation ability. On the basis of above analysis, this paper presents a building path of learning culture: Original culture diagnosis, analysis, learning cultural planning, action. Finally, based on a questionnaire survey of learning culture construction on some enterprises in Hefei, this paper preliminary analyzes the construction status and problems and proposes some improvement countermeasures from the perspective of spirit culture, system culture, behavior culture, material culture.
