| Now science development quickly, enterprise competition is fierce. However, most ofenterprises in Shandong are OEM, independent innovation capacity is weak, low value-addedproducts, mostly in the initial stage of production chain, which greatly limits the improvedcompetitiveness of Shandong enterprises. This research is based on the integrated use ofmanagement, economics, statistics, systems science and other disciplines. The new enterpriseperspective flow pattern, current state of the enterprise evaluation system help enhance theindependent innovation capability.First, the thesis sort out the research literature, defining the flow pattern, business flowpattern, business flow pattern transformation. Through the literature, we tease out the factors ofaffecting business flow. Second, base on self-questionnaire survey, the use of cluster analysis inSPSS17.0statistical software, filtering out the basic elements affecting the flow pattern to builda business flow pattern evaluation system; and the application of network analysisdecision-ANP and super-SD software in complex decision-making process gives the weight ofeach index. Again, in the enterprise network analysis method to determine the flow pattern ofthe index weight, based on the Weichai, and other five listed companies in Shandong, bycomparing scores to find out the key factor affecting the flow pattern transition. Finally, bycomparing the key factors affecting the flow pattern transformation, the enterprise enhance theindependent innovation capability strategy with the help of business, industry, governmentthree areas. That is to increase R&D investment, to enhance awareness of patent protection,the establishment of industry innovation alliance strategy, to achieve a win-win situation andgood system design. Only in this way can we achieve the successful transformation ofenterprises flow state and the development of independent innovation capability. |
