Research On Corporatate Independent Innovation Pattern And On Ability Enhanced Of Chang An

Automobile industry of China has been improving by means of producing and consuming, but, in the process, its development is led by transnational corporations while domestic corporations lack in independent innovation ability and core technology that leads to less independent innovation name-brands and low value-added products. On the basis of reviewing the existing research about technology innovation methods and theories of enterprises, the paper, from the systematic viewpoint, studies the independent innovation pattern and the strategy for ability improvement of CHANA Inc. through operating the technology innovation theory and management innovation theory. The research is actually valuable and practical to improve the independent innovation ability and to enhance the core competence of CHANA Inc.First, the paper analyses the present patterns of independent innovation of domestic automobile corporations and explores independent innovation process of CHANA Inc., then proposes a new pattern of independent innovation combined with the company's developing strategy. Second, the paper brings forward a set of evaluation index system for gauging innovation ability and its design principles as the character of independent innovation and requirement of the company is considered. Last, the paper applies Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Delphi methods to evaluate the innovation ability of the company in the support of the actual data, and then makes use of SWOT method to look for advantage,disadvantage,opportunity and threat about aspects of independent innovation ability, the paper proposes suggestion referred to improve independent innovation ability of CHANA Inc..
