Research On Modernization Of State-owned Forestry Region

With the expansion and in-depth study of Chinese modernization research from comprehensive, general and countrywide attempt to branched, in-depth and regional studies, investigation of the regional modernization has aroused a lot of scholars' attention. State-owned forestry region is an important part of China's region, and the modernization of state-owned forestry region will be related to the effectiveness of the process of national modernization. State-owned forestry region with abundant forest resources bear significant missions of environment protection and timber production. Due to the irreplaceable roles of national forest in the national ecological security and sustainable development, special approaches should be applied to the modernization of state-owned forestry region, In order to effectively control the modernization direction and boost its advancement, we should specialize the ideology and approaches to modernization, grasp the development status dynamically and achieve extent and effect. Therefore, it has a lot of significance no matter in theory and practice, to investigate the development of state-owned forestry region to accelerate the modernization of state-owned forest and national modernization.Based on extensive and in-depth investigation and analysis of the related theories of modernization and regional modernization, combining the characteristics of state-owned forestry region and special ecological functions, this paper describes the need for modernization of state-owned forestry region, analyzes and proposes the intrinsic meaning and the guideline of state-owned forestry region modernization. By exploring the development specialties and using the development and evaluation index of forestry modernization, regional modernization and sustainable development for reference, I designed the modernization of state-owned forestry region evaluation index system, and carried on the empirical analysis to the Heilongjiang forest industry bureau forest region modernization level of development. We find the limiting factors of the state-owned forestry region modernization and pertinently point out the corresponding solutions to address them. More importantly, I designed'approaches to realize the modernization of state-owned forestry region, which can provide a promising alternative to the development of state-owned forestry region modernization.
