In the era of global competition and knowledge-based, enterprises for sustainable growth and development, basically from the human resources. Human resource management is an important component of the strategic management. Salary management is the focus of human resource management. Salary system is the basis for achieving sustainable development of enterprises.Chinese dairy industry is facing fierce competition in the market after "Melamine incident". Medium and small dairy enterprises must pay system designed to stimulate employee enthusiasm and initiative. However, many medium and small dairy enterprises do not pay system, so that production and operation efficiency is low, production costs are high.Therefore, this article studies SDDY Dairy Co., Ltd., analysis of the main problems and reasons of Salary system, Propose a solution to improve business performance and competitiveness.Paper was divided into five parts:First, the background and significance, research content, research methods; Second, the basic concepts, the main guiding theory; Thirdly, status the Salary management of SDDY Dairy Ltd, the main problem, the formation of reasons; Fourth, re-engineering the salary system of SDDY Dairy Co., Ltd; Fifth, the summary.
