The competition in the construction industry in modern society is becoming more and more fierce.As a pillar industry of economic development,the construction industry has made great contributions to the employment and economic development,and has played an extremely important role in promoting market prosperity and maintaining social peace and development.However,in today’s increasingly fierce competition,how to improve the competitiveness of enterprises among peers through an effective salary management system has become the top priority of each construction industry research.The construction industry has experienced a stage of rapid growth to stable development,and the transformation of various enterprises is also essential.The salary management system is the core of the enterprise,how to effectively control the company’s operating costs,increase the core competitiveness of the company,ensure excellent human resources reserve,attract outstanding talents to join,reduce the internal contradictions of the company,enhance the centripetal force of the company,is the main direction of our research on compensation management system.By analyzing the case of Zhengzhou JSS construction company as the research under the guidance of relevant compensation theory,through literature research,questionnaire,interview method and statistical analysis,this paper expounded the status of JSS construction companies pay system,analyzes the compensation structure of post salary,performance salary,bonus,benefits and other issues,compensation system is not scientific,The paper analyzes the reasons of these problems,such as lack of fairness,poor incentive effect,performance management being a mere formality and too few salary levels.On this basis,according to the characteristics of the construction industry and the results of the questionnaire survey,the compensation system of JSS construction company is re-optimized from the aspects of salary structure,post salary,performance salary,bonus and welfare allowance,so as to improve the salary structure,highlight the incentive role of performance appraisal and optimize the bonus and welfare.By improving the salary management level of Zhengzhou JSS Construction Company,employees’ sense of fairness and enthusiasm for work are enhanced to promote common progress and development of employees and the company.
