Study On The Planning Of City Logistics Network System Nodes

With the rapid development of modern logistics and urbanization in China, the city logistics network system will become an important part of modern city social economy, and the direction of city logistics development as well. As the city logistics nodes are important components of the city logistics network system, which are playing more and more important role in the development of city. Nowadays, some domestic large and medium-sized cities have planned or constructed a bunch of logistics nodes varying in function and scale, but they blindly pursuing large scale and numerous quantity, repetitive construction and low efficiency exist. Reasonable plan before construction is a key way to solve these problems. Therefore, it's necessary to study the components and function of city logistics node theoretically. It is significant for the development of city that how many logistics nodes are needed, what rational scale they are supposed to be and the way to select and layout the sites.Based on the analysis of present situation local and abroad, a theoretical and systemic research has been done. Firstly, I studied the theory of logistics nodes planning. Secondly, I did a research on the forecasting method and model of the city logistics demand forecasting. And an example of Hanzhong city was used to prove the feasibility of the forecasting method. Then set up the principles of city logistics nodes planning and technical route, which wound be the general principles of city logistics nodes planning methods. Finally, I put forward the way to city logistics nodes service function orientation, and by discussing the methods of city logistics nodes planning, I put forward a method on how to determine the total size of city logistics nodes, the number of them and the scale of single of them. Achieved a set of theories and methods of city logistics nodes planning and site selection. The thsis takes Hanzhong as an example to analyze the planning of the city logistics nodes in the end.This research has certain academic and practical value both theoretically and practically.
