In order to solve the severe environmental and resource problems caused by the rapidly increasing waste products,remanufacturing,as a form of disposal of waste products in line with the concept of circular economy,has been attached great importance to by all countries.Limited to the consumer's cognitive differences between new products and remanufactur ed products,and the change of consumer's consumption concept from price to quality,ensuring the quality of remanufactured products becomes the key to the booming of remanufacturing enterprises.The process of remanufacturing mainly includes recycling and remanufacturing of waste products,due to the dispersibility of recycling mode and locations,makes the quality of recovery products uneven.Simultaneously,the complexity of the remanufacturing process,the stability of the equipment performance,the unc ertainty of the process technology and other factors make the remanufactured product quality level more volatile than the new product quality level.Therefore,the quality of remanufactured products in the closed-loop supply chain environment is more compl ex.Consequently,three-level closed-loop supply chain quality control model is established based on system dynamics method.By discussion the factors that affect the quality of remanufactured products and their feedback mechanisms,we study how to ensure the quality control of recycling and remanufacturing,in order to find the optimal quality of remanufactured products that can improve the overall efficiency of closed-loop supply chain.Firstly,constructed the quality control model of remanufacturing in closed loop supply chain and conduct a behavioral reappear test.Make sure that the model can match the real operating mechanism and provide the model foundation for subsequent research.Secondly,In order to address the problem that how to ensure the stab ility of recycling products quality under the conditions of asymmetric information,this paper purposed the recycling quality level has the transmission function and its game mechanism.On this basis,the signal game and system dynamics method are adopted to construct the game system flow graph model of closed-loop supply chain quality control.The results shows that separating equilibrium is the best market state to ensure the recovery quality level.Remanufacturer can set reasonable quality penalty ratios,cost sharing ratios,and sampling ratios to promote separation and equalization.Simultaneously,it can effectively constrain the opportunist behavior of retailer and improve the quality of recycling products.Finally,focused on the closed loop supply chain which composed of supplier,manufacturer and retailer,the quality level decision model of remanufacturing product is established based on system dynamics method.Analyzing the quality investment decision of supplier,manufacturer,retailer and the quality level decision of remanufacturing product while the remanufacturing product are introduced to market.The study found that higher procurement effort,recovery effort and manufacturing effort can bring high quality level of raw materials,recycled products and production.In this process,the increase of the supplier,manufacturer and retailer profit is fast at fist and then slows down,so there is a interval of quality level that make each members profits the most profitable.When supplier,manufacturer and retailer make product remanufacturing at their best quality level simultaneously,the quality of the remanufactured product can realize the maximum profit of the closed-loop supply chain.
