Research And Performance Evaluation Of Collaborative Model In 4PL Based On AVE

As one of the hot points in the field of logistics research, fourth party logistics(4PL) is a prospective development trend ,it is formed as long as the development of logistics industry.4PL is the logistics service integrator, depending on powerful ability of management technologies and resources integration, it can integrate functional logistics service provider(FLSP), by means of managing and coordinating information flow,cash flow and logistics, 4PL provides customers with flexible logistics service which covers the whole supply chain. This supply chain forms virtual organization by virtue of network platform, it is able to link every participating unit that space distributed, and enable timely delivery and share of information resources in the entire network, this character can improve customer satisfaction and reduce cost. How to make performance evaluation of integrated supply chain reasonably and comprehensive is an important issue to be settled urgently.In this paper, in view of the characteristics for 4PL, we made in-depth analysis of research in the field related. Based on the analysis of traditional logistics model and existing research results, the collaborative model of 4PL was presented, besides, the paper established performance evaluation system for integrated supply chain. The contents and the results are as follows:①Made in-depth analysis of research in the field related, summarized the origins,state description,study contents and applications of synergetics, besides, based on summarizing organizational model of logistics, we analyzed organizational model of collaborative logistics.②On the basis of summarizing character and operating model of 4PL,the arising motive and advantages of 4PL service collaborative model was analyzed. Established collaborative logistics services model and flat organizations of 4PL, at last, the collaborative network structure of collaborative logistics services model was discussed.③Discussed the performance assessment methods and characteristic of current supply chain, in allusion to strategic objectives of integrated supply chain, the article put forward an improved DEA arithmetic based on Balanced Scorecard, it conquered the vice of DEA itself, and implements mutil-objective,dynamic and rational evaluation. At the end, an example of evaluating performance of Chongqing logistics enterprises was taken, and the problem of inputs redundancy and outputs insufficient was analyzed.
