The Performance Evaluation Of Integrated Supply Chain Suppliers

Competition in the21st century is the competition among the supply chain. As a very important part of the supply chain, the environment of the integrated supply chain sys-tem, whose performance has become the common problems and key issues faced by enterprises. It is not only as a measure of enterprise management level sign, but also a key factor to determine the core competitiveness of the supply chain. Scientific and ef-fective supplier performance evaluation is a common issue faced by the enterprise and supply chain strategy implementation. This article is focus on this environment, and carried out relevant research on the overall performance of the suppliers in the inte-grated supply chain provider of integrated performance, which not only has important theoretical value, but also have high practical significance.Firstly, after learning the past research, we make classification and comparison on several commonly used performance evaluation model and draw a conclusion that supply Chain operations reference model is reasonable and feasible in building suppliers index system, and we also propose the principle of suppliers performance evaluation according to this model. Secondly, we research the suppliers’ performance evaluation model and index system under the condition of integrated supply chain. Base on the principle of systematic, scientific and practical, through the decomposition of the mul-ti-level indicators, supplier performance evaluation system was constructed based on the SP-SCOR model framework. This set of evaluation index system can fully reveal the inherent law of supplier evaluation to ensure that the choice of suppliers to make proper evaluations. After scientific quantifying indicators, in order to enhance its usefulness, this paper proposes the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of the suppliers multi-level comprehensive evaluation and make the simulation applications. Finally, we analysis the evaluation results and carry out corresponding measures for improvement. In this paper, through the study of the suppliers’ performance system, we find an ef-fective supplier evaluation method for diagnostic analysis. This method can not only analyze and evaluate the performance of suppliers, you can also judge and improve the overall strength of the supplier network, and thus we could enhance the competitiveness of the entire supply chain.
