| Guanzi is an Encyclopedic work in Chinese history. It has a profound and original insights and discussion on the political, economic, cultural, military and management.This paper mainly studies the economic ethics thought in Guanzi.Economics ethic thoughts in Guanzi are the product of specific social conditions. From Spring and Autumn Period, Warring States until the Qin and Han Dynasty time ,the turbulent social environment, poor economic conditions, as well as the unique Mandarin Qilu earth provided the soil for survival. Economic ethical thought in Guanzi is rich, advanced and practical.This article carries on the analysis the existence premise(We may say that it is the essence) of economic ethics thought in Guanzi.On the basis of it, this paper Studies four stages of the economical movement's achievement as the basic line of studying and carries on the more systematic analysis elaboration to the production ethics thought,the exchanged ethics thought, the distribution ethics thought as well as the expense ethics thought in Guanzi. Basis on"People-oriented", Guanzi had a more profound elaboration to the ethics significance of the produce, distribution, exchanging and expends which are economy run phase. At the production stage, Guanzi had advocated emphasis on agricultural production and put forword point of view that "we knows the courtesy when the granary is solid and knows the honor or disgrace when the food and clothing are enough. ". In the exchange phase, it discussed the ethical thinking on the market, traders, currency, foreign trade, etc and reflected the concerns of the countries and peoples. In the distribution stage,it put forward the distribution of ethical thinking of " Rich but can seize, poor, but can give ", as far as possible to solve the problem of distributing between individuals. In the consumption stage, it analyzed ethics value of thrifty expense and luxurious expense with its unique perspective for us to show a different consumer ethical thought.In general, Economic ethics opinion in Guanzi is Penetrating and original. It is also unique in dealing with the relationship between agriculture and commerce, drawing on the relationship with the luxury consumer.
