Research On Store Replenishment System Of Auto Parts Under Centralized Procurement

With the continuous development of the domestic auto car market, the competition among the car sales enterprises such as 4S stores is intensifying. Because of the micro-profit of car sales, the joint or annexation activities have became increasingly frequent. The group operation became an inevitable trend of 4S stores'development.This paper analyzed the operating conditions of the domestic 4S store group comprehensively and systematically, then proposed vendor-managed inventory theory and carried out relevant research. An integrated system based on inventory management theories was built, and through setting up and solving mathematical models proved the effectiveness and superiority of the system. The main contents of this article are as follows:This essay will investigate the development status of 4S shop and its organization first, summaries the characteristics of collectivized 4S shop compare with the one-shop, like: region concentration in geographic, building up organization brand name though its culture, car-accessory vendor chosen characteristic, integration of intern cooperation in operation, which is also the society issue for researching.The integration warehouse distribution system based on the vendor-managed inventory theory is a new inventory management model, which can effectively improve the case is similar to a chain sales enterprise. This paper summed up the group-oriented implementation of the VMI theory 4S shop problems: (1) Auto car 4S store group like to set their own brand, which cause them choose the weaker supplier; (2) The regional concentration of 4S stores increases the difficulty of spare parts distribution; (3) The capacity of third-party logistics enterprises is limited, and it is difficult to assume their integrated logistics process management. Then this essay will have a deeper investigation on the new inventory management theory: Vendor Managed Inventory, which aims to integrate the inventory and delivery, moreover with the characteristic of 4S organization, I will conclude the problems, which exists in the collectivized 4S shop when use VMI theory, from brand-name building, regional building and general strength of organization. Base on it, though the accessory delivery centre setting up, company uses two inventory management modes together to setup the car accessory logistic system of 4S shop organization under concentration purchasing mode, and modify the classic EOQ mode with reality circumstance to the EOQ mode with Coordination Mechanism. Last, though the mathematic mode proven, to identify the effective and advantage of logistic system, which is valuable for 4S shop development and intern operation improvement in theory or practice.
