An Empirical Study Of The Internal System Of Farmer Specialized Cooperatives

Farmer specialized cooperatives are the vulnerable groups of the organization of farmers into the market, combining the advantages of the family business and Cooperative business, and it is effective institutional arrangements for solving the contradiction between small-scale farmers and the big market, and it is also currently a new approach to solve the three rural issues and increase their income. The arrangements of property rights, governing structure and the distribution of Surplus are the core contents of an internal system, and they can be most directly reflections of the ideological purposes of specialized cooperatives. Farmer specialized cooperatives in China is still in its early stage of development, and the building of the internal system is very irregular, which have become a key constraint of healthy development of farmer specialized cooperatives; and it is extremely urgent how to actively guide a variety of new agricultural cooperative economic organizations in perfecting standards of the internal system. This paper is based on this situation, having systematically studied the internal system of the farmer specialized cooperatives based on the study of specialized cooperatives of Anyang City of Henan Province. The main research contents are as follows: First, the author introduces the background of the study, significance, research situation at home and abroad , the ideas and contents of the study, research methods and possible innovations in the introductory part; Then, the author defines the concepts, and elaborates the support of theory of this paper in the second part; it comes to some useful inspirations of the construction of the specialized cooperative organizations of farmers in China through the evolution of internal systems of the rural cooperative economic organizations and the comparative study of the practice at home and abroad in the third part; Mainly taking in Anyang City of Henan Province as an example in the fourth part, the author analyses the problems and their causes of the specialized cooperative organizations of farmers within the system in the present stage; Finally, the author puts forward some measures to perfect farmer specialized cooperatives of Anyang City, and wishes that it is useful for the healthy development of farmer cooperatives of Anyang city and even midwest regions.
