Since the reform in 1978 the rural industry has made tremendous development and become one of the most important parts in the whole industry. However, with further development of economy, the rural industry development is slower than before, and uncoordinated situation of the urban industry and rural industry has come true, which seriously affected the overall development of Chinese industry. Therefore, how to change the status of the development of urban and rural industry disharmony is an emergency to address.The first part, Introduction, is a summary of this paper about the background, purpose, meaning, method and article structure, and so on. The question of this paper is after the rural industry has achieved some success, the development pace between urban and rural industries changes a lot. When the rural industry grew up step by step and toke a great responsibility in the whole industrial economy, the relationship between the urban and rural industries changed. Then, Co-coordinated development of urban and rural industries has become a prerequisite for economy development. So, whether the coordination of urban and rural industries developed, which factors could illuminate their lack of coordination, what the reasons were, these are the contents of this research.Second part of the thesis, the relationship of urban and rural industry at beginning, is a description of the concept of rural industry and the rapid development of it. The rapid rise of rural industry is not only accelerated the process of industrialization and promoting the development of the entire national economy, but also to accelerate the construction of small cities and towns. The next part displays what the relations of urban and rural industries have been since the 90s of the 20th century. First, the output values have been increasing all the time, but gap between the rural industry and urban industry are widening. Second, labor force is increase, but the ability of rural industry to absorb employment is weakened. The reason for the slowdown is that rural industrial products supply and demand structure of society does not match.Part three, is the analysis of reasons for the difficulties rural industry restructure. Only rural industry concourse the difficulties, the economy can make great improvement.The fourth part, solutions to make urban and rural industry develop coordinated. It is necessary to constitute financing policies to make support for rural industry's capital. The second is to actively attract talent, improve the quality of labor. Third, we should energetically develop science and technology to enhance rural industrial innovation. The fourth is to improve the management, such as the sound system, and strengthen the internal management of rural industrial enterprises, and so on.
