Youngsun Renhe Commercial Trading co.,Ltd was founded on January 8th,2007. In February in the same year,Youngsun Became the Provincial Agency of Sany Heavy Industry Co.,Ltd, and started to deal in the main product of Sany—the excavators.As to the leading of the president Mr.Yu Xin-quan and the effort of whole staff,Youngsun have succeeded in introducing Sany excavators of good quality and stable effectt to the customer, In the last year the excavators were accepted and welcomed by more and more people. Because foreign brands have occupied the market for so long period, meanwhile more and more domestic brands appeared in the market, Youngsun has to face the pression of competition of the whole market. So it is necessary to study the sale strategy of the excavator of Yongsun, and how to develop and retain good clients. It is valuable to analyze the chances, and study the excavator agenting business competition in such a market surrounding. As this background, this article analyzes the excavator agenting business market station, and its chances and challenges through SWOT, points the competitors' station and reactivity mode, enumerates the excavator agenting business advantages and inferior position, studies its marketing competition and concludes that Youngsun has to strengthen the management in order to improve the ability to achieve profits, deal with traditional operation to protect their market share, develop intermediary business and innovation to improve the share, and challenge the leading station.This artictle totally is divided into six chapters.
