The scientific research integrity is an important issue in the progress of the development of science. Nowadays, an scientific era, science and society are closely connected and become an integration. With the unceasingly development of science and the progress of society, many negative factors in value diversities are silently changing our research work teams that are original pure. Misbehavior in scientific research occurs successively, which denote that we should positively face the problems, explore the reason and look for effective ways to governance in the scientific research.Scientific research integrity today needs to be comprehended under the framework of governance. Based on the historical progress that there are no professional research members in ancient time and the appearance of scientific community as well as the appearance of wide range of subjects, this thesis anatomizes three categories of subjects which are researchers, managers on scientific research as well as social publics and the absence of their responsibilities in the governance of research integrity, especially makes an specific investigation on college teachers and chief members in scientific research. By the analysis of two hundreds of questionnaires, we can find that the scientific research members'attitude toward the scientific research integrity in China is good, but the behaviors are a little bit worse. From the studies on the reason of the absence of integrity we can see that on one hand, there are lacks of systems as well as the pressure for being a certain title, on the other hand, some inducement under the social environment results in successive absence of integrity for our scientific research members. Moreover, puts forward the countermeasures for the governance of research integrity which are mutually functioned by moral disciplines, legislation and social surveillance.
