In recent years, with economic globalization and the promotion of large-scale industrial revolution, the enterprise has had a great impact on the sustainable development of the country and the world, which has become a global focus. In the West, corporate social responsibility (CSR) management has raised to strategic management levels. Besides, the influence of the theory and practices of CSR on the relevant fields of China has gradually been obvious. Nowadays, strengthening management of the enterprise staff has made the issues of labor relations become a hot point, and the issues are concerned deeply by all sectors of society. Especially the CSR of employees is paid more attention by the academics and industry practice. Therefore, the paper aims to study the CSR of labor relations, and provide an evaluation system to CSR of labor relations. The evaluation model of CSR of labor relations fit to our country would be established.The study used many theories and research methods to define the content of CSR of labor relations in our country. The theories in the study included the theory of social responsibility, stakeholder theory, contract theory, labor relations theory. According to these theories and methods, the indeY system of CSR of labor relations in our country had been built, and the evaluation model of CSR of labor relations has been established based on structural equation model (SEM). In data processing, SPSS13.0, LISREL8.70 statistical analysis software for data analysis.The study is made up by the following four components:(1) The establishment of theoretical frameworkThe framework for theoretical analysis of CSR of labor relations of our country has been established based on the theory of corporate social responsibility, labor relations theory, stakeholder theory, contract theory (eYplicit contract, implicit contract), and other related basic theories;(2) The establishment of evaluation indeY systemAccording to the labor relations theory, corporate social responsibility theory, SA8000, HM3000, CSC9000T, and other relevant standards of social responsibility, the evaluation indeYes have been found out to establish the evaluation system of CSR of labor relations;(3) The establishment of structural equation modelEvaluation model and viable methods fit for our country have been found out by the establishment of evaluation system of CSR of labor relations. SPSS statistical software and LISREL analysis software analysis tools have been applied in this part. The evaluation model of CSR of labor relations has been established by theory of SEM, and the feasibility analysis has been conducted.(4) Applied researchAccording to the evaluation model of SEM and the inde Y system of CSR of labor relations established above, the viability of model had been verified with specific business-to-model verification analysis.At last, the paper pointed out the value of theory and practice of this study, the deficiencies, and the proposal for the future research.
