The survival and development of enterprises cannot achieve without the investment and participation of all stakeholders. Corporate employee responsibility is becoming one of the core issues of the buildup of employer brand in recent years. Under the background of new era, our expectation to enterprises has not been simply restrained in the basic requirements of economy and law. We also hope that enterprises can undertake the responsibility and obligations of social problems which they should undertake. Since the reform and opening up, China becomes a "World Factory" gradually. The pressure of export processing enterprises should undertake the social responsibility is not only from foreign customers. The government and non-governmental organizations are increasingly pay attention to corporate social responsibility and also provides the related policy supports. The requirements of SA8000standard is not only request to China export enterprises, but also emphasize the importance of "staff" in the process of enterprise development.Thus, in view of the above background, based on the framework of the stakeholder theory, from the employee’s point of view, who’s one of the most important stakeholders, select the contents which are relevant to the employees benefit like employee compensation, working time, social security and welfare from corporate social responsibility, sampling30IKEA Suppliers, investigate the wage income, working time and the welfare status, verify1549pay slips, analysis the30IKEA suppliers which were audited by IKEA CSR requirements to see if its employee responsibility audit results will affect the human resource management like absence、seniority and return rate after2013New Year Holiday. In process of data dealing, the methods of Multilevel Negative Bionomical Analysis, Correlation Analysis and Factional Logic Analysis are used to examine the relationship between employee responsibility and human resource management. The result showed that the audit result and absence had positive correlation, the audit result and return rate had negative correlation, but no obvious correlation between the audit result and seniority. Thus, complied with Corporate Employee Responsibility is a rapier for the enterprises; How to well use this rapier will bring the enterprises long-term and stable employees and make sure the enterprises’ development.
